We are thrilled to present Issue 14, âniskôverberation, a powerful new issue featuring poetry, stories, and artwork in Indigenous languages from across Turtle Island.
This special issue was co-curated by Anna Marie Sewell and Lana Whiskeyjack, in partnership with with Supporting Indigenous Language Revitalization (SILR) at the University of Alberta.
The languages of the writers and artists featured in this issue include: Dene Tha’, Halkomelem/Halqemeylem, Hesquiaht, Lakota, Mè’phàà, Michif, Mi’gmaq/Mi’kmaw, Nehiyawewin, nsyilxcən, Ojibwemowin, Secwepemctsin, and Unangam Tunuu.
